Prayer times differ from my mosque
Mosques use different calculation methods. Pick your community in the app, for example DITIB, an Arab or a South Asian mosque, and Qiblo uses the matching method. If times still differ, write to me with your city and your mosque's timetable.
A product is missing or the halal result looks wrong
Use Report a correction on the result, or report the missing product from the scanner, with a photo of the front and of the ingredients. Recipes change, so check the label if in doubt.
My mosque is missing or its details are wrong
Add or correct it right in the app on the Mosques tab. Mosques are listed for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Qibla compass points the wrong way
Phone compasses are disturbed by metal, magnets and phone cases with magnets. Step away from them and follow the calibration help in the app.
How do I join the beta?
Sign up on qiblo.iearul.xyz with the e-mail of your Google account (Android) or your Apple ID (iPhone). You get an invite from Google Play or TestFlight when the test version is ready.
How do I delete my data?
Your location, settings and trackers stay on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them. To have a beta signup or a product or mosque request you sent deleted, e-mail hello@iearul.xyz.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Sign in on the device with the same Google Play or Apple account and tap Settings › Restore purchase. A purchase on Android does not carry over to iPhone, and vice versa.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through the stores. Request a refund from Google Play or via Apple.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Delete all data in the app. RotaMint keeps your shifts on your device only.

How do I move my lists to a new phone?
Tap Settings › Your data › Export backup on the old phone and Import backup on the new one. This also works between Android and iPhone. Automatic device backups don't include your trips.

An ingredient name or a recipe is wrong
Open the recipe, tap Report a problem (ভুল জানান) and say what's wrong, for example a wrong amount or ingredient name. Please don't include personal details.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?

How do I delete my data?
Settings › Delete my data on the server in the app deletes what our server holds for your installation. Favorites and your shopping list stay on your device; uninstalling the app removes them.
Reporting a problem
It helps if you include:
- the app and its version (in the app's settings or “More” tab)
- your phone model and its Android or iOS version
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if it shows the problem
Please leave out personal data I don't need to fix the problem.
