- Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste.
- Schriftarten und Inhalte lädt die Seite nur von iearul.xyz und admin.iearul.xyz, nicht von Google oder anderen Dritten.
- Außer den Server-Logs des Hosters speichere ich personenbezogene Daten nur, wenn Sie mir über das Kontaktformular oder die Mailbox im Spiel schreiben.

2. Geltungsbereich
Diese Erklärung gilt für die Website iearul.xyz: die 3D-Website „Career Island“ mit Lebenslauf (/cv) und Journal, die Seiten unter /apps, /support und /contact sowie das Impressum. Für die Apps gelten eigene Erklärungen: RotaMint, Duffly, Probashi Ranna und Qiblo.
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Die Website und die Schnittstelle unter admin.iearul.xyz laufen bei Hostinger International Ltd. (Zypern). Beim Aufruf verarbeitet der Server technisch notwendige Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Adresse, übertragene Datenmenge sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Das dient der Auslieferung und dem sicheren Betrieb der Website. Rechtsgrundlage ist mein berechtigtes Interesse nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. Die 3D-Website
Inhalte von admin.iearul.xyz
Lebenslauf-Stationen, Projekte, Journal-Beiträge und die zugehörigen Bilder lädt die Seite von meinem Server admin.iearul.xyz (Hosting siehe Abschnitt 3). Dabei werden keine Angaben über Sie gesendet; es fallen nur die oben genannten Server-Logdaten an.
Schriftarten
Die Schriftarten Fredoka und Inter werden von iearul.xyz selbst geladen. Es besteht keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts oder anderen Schriftarten-Diensten.
Spielstand im Browser
Ihren Spielstand (Erfahrungspunkte, besuchte Orte, gesammelte Skills, Erfolge und ob der Ton aus ist) speichert
die Seite im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers (localStorage, Schlüssel career-island:v1), damit Sie beim
nächsten Besuch weiterspielen können. Diese Daten verlassen Ihr Gerät nicht. Rechtsgrundlage für das Speichern auf
Ihrem Gerät ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG.
Löschen können Sie den Spielstand im Quest-Log über „Reset progress“ oder indem Sie die Website-Daten in Ihrem Browser löschen.
Links zu anderen Websites
Links zu GitHub, LinkedIn oder Projekt-Websites sind einfache Links. Erst wenn Sie einen davon anklicken, öffnet Ihr Browser die fremde Seite; dort gilt die Datenschutzerklärung des jeweiligen Anbieters.
5. Kontaktformular und Mailbox im Spiel
Das Kontaktformular und die Mailbox auf der Insel senden Ihre Nachricht an meinen Server admin.iearul.xyz. Gespeichert werden Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihre Nachricht (beim Kontaktformular mit dem gewählten Thema) und der Zeitpunkt. Zum Schutz vor Spam und Missbrauch speichert der Server außerdem Ihre IP-Adresse und die Kennung Ihres Browsers (User-Agent).
Ich nutze die Angaben nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, wenn es um einen Auftrag, ein Projekt oder eine Stelle geht, sonst mein berechtigtes Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Für IP-Adresse und User-Agent ist es mein berechtigtes Interesse, das Formular vor Missbrauch zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Die Angaben sind freiwillig. Ohne Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Nachricht kann das Formular nicht gesendet werden; Sie können mir stattdessen auch eine E-Mail schreiben. Ich lösche die Nachricht, sobald Ihr Anliegen erledigt ist, sofern keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.
6. E-Mail
Wenn Sie mir an hello@iearul.xyz schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und den Inhalt der Nachricht, um zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO). Für die Löschung gilt dasselbe wie in Abschnitt 5.
7. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Die Website setzt keine Cookies und bindet keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Social-Media-Dienste ein. Die Seiten unter /apps, /support, /contact und /impressum nutzen die Schriftarten Ihres Geräts und laden nichts von Dritten.
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21). Schreiben Sie dafür an hello@iearul.xyz.
Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO), zum Beispiel bei der Behörde Ihres Bundeslandes.
9. Änderungen
Wenn sich die Website so ändert, dass andere Daten verarbeitet werden, passe ich diese Erklärung an.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the website iearul.xyz: the 3D site “Career Island” with its CV (/cv) and journal, the pages under /apps, /support and /contact, and the legal notice. The apps have their own policies: RotaMint, Duffly, Probashi Ranna and Qiblo.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website and the API at admin.iearul.xyz are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it running securely. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. The 3D site
Content from admin.iearul.xyz
Career entries, projects, journal posts and their images are loaded from my server admin.iearul.xyz (hosting see section 3). No information about you is sent; only the server log data above is processed.
Fonts
The fonts Fredoka and Inter are loaded from iearul.xyz itself. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Game progress in your browser
Your progress (experience points, places visited, skills collected, achievements and whether sound is off) is
stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key career-island:v1), so you can carry on
next time. This data never leaves your device. The legal basis for storing it on your device is Section 25(2)
no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).
To delete it, use “Reset progress” in the quest log or clear this site's data in your browser.
Links to other websites
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn or project websites are plain links. Only when you click one does your browser open the other site, where that provider's privacy policy applies.
5. Contact form and in-game mailbox
The contact form and the mailbox on the island send your message to my server admin.iearul.xyz. It stores your name, your email address, your message (with the topic you picked, on the contact form) and the time it was sent. To protect against spam and abuse, the server also stores your IP address and your browser's identifier (user agent).
I only use this to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message is about an assignment, a project or a job, and otherwise my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the IP address and user agent, it is my legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving this data is voluntary. The form cannot be sent without a name, email address and message; you can also email me instead. I delete your message once your request is settled, unless the law requires me to keep it.
6. Email
When you email hello@iearul.xyz, I process your email address and the content of your message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Deletion works as in section 5.
7. No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services. The pages under /apps, /support, /contact and /impressum use your device's own fonts and load nothing from third parties.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To use them, write to hello@iearul.xyz.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one in your federal state.

If the website changes so that it processes other data, I will update this policy.
